The Wilshire Grand Hotel West Orange, West Orange

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Despite arriving late due to a snowstorm, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were exceptionally kind. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast to start the day. However, I did notice a couple of maintenance issues during my stay, which did detract a bit from the overall experience. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for value for money and a convenient location to NYC.

This hotel seemed like it had a great history, but unfortunately, it’s not holding up well. The rooms definitely need some TLC, and while the staff was friendly and the location had potential, the overall experience was dampened by maintenance issues and unreliable Wi-Fi. If the rates were more in line with budget hotels, it might be more acceptable.
